What are the dimensions of the tags?
We offer tags in three sizes: the smallest tag measures 1.24" x 1.63" (3.1cm x 4.1cm), the standard tag is 1.45" x 1.88" (3.7cm x 4.8cm), and the largest jumbo tag is 1.72" x 2.22" (4.4cm x 5.6cm). The tags are slightly larger than standard metallic tags but not by much. This means that the tags are great for dogs and cats of all sizes.
-
What size of tag should I get?
In general, we recommend the small tags for all cats and small dogs that include breeds such as Dachshunds, Shi Tzus and French Bulldogs. Regular tags are perfect for most dogs that are considered medium or large in size. This includes German Shepherds, Australian Shepherds, and Labs. Our Jumbo tag should only be ordered for very large breeds such as Great Danes or Mastiffs as the tag is quite large.
-
What are the tags made of?
We use a state-of-the-art high-vibrancy and a high-definition printer that generates brilliant colors, detail, and extremely sharp text so that every letter is fully visible and easily read on the tag. A high-grade, ultra-strong acrylic lens is then custom laser cut and is embedded in a waterproof seal inside a light, machined aluminum frame that is anodized for extra durability. No other company in the world puts so much care into creating such durable, high-quality tags. This means that our tags are one of the most durable tags in the world, they are light, they contain a lot of information, they never wear out or scratch out, and should last and protect your pet for their entire life!
-
What happens if there is a formatting error on my tag?
Please double check all the information that you enter as we print everything as is (there is no person manually copying and pasting the data, it is all done by a computer system). With that being said, our quality control team carefully checks every order before it gets shipped out and if they catch any formatting, grammar, or spelling errors we will redo the product as we want to make sure that the tag you receive is absolutely perfect.

Is it possible to get a customized tag? Like for example, 2 phone numbers instead of 1?
Yes! All fields are fully customizable and please feel free to enter any information that you like! We see for example that some customers enter a phone number in the phone number field and then a second phone number in the name field. You can also take advantage of the back of the tag on some designs and enter any other custom information you would like in there. The tags are fully yours to customizable however you like!
Collars & Leashes
-
What is the difference between standard collar and a martingale?
The standard collar functions exactly as any other collar you've ever seen, while the martingale could be gentler for dogs who are strong pullers. It allows you to set a specific length and the collar will not constrict around your pet's neck further than that. Meaning, as tension is applied, they help prevent that choking you sometimes experience with dogs who pull.
-
What are the collars & leashes made of?
We use a high-quality, durable, hypoallergenic polyester that feels like soft fabric and is gentle on your hands and your dog's fur!

I am getting an error that the name or phone number is too long even though it's not!
We see this issue happening on a small number of devices and browsers. The easiest solution is to open a Google Chrome browser and head over to our website directly from it. Another option is that if you are using a phone, try to place the order on a laptop or a desktop computer. If that's not an option, see if you can try opening another internet browser installed on your phone. It might work better.
