How to Submit Your Return/Exchange Request?

Exchanging for a Different Size

A request for ordering the wrong size must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.

To submit your request, please visit our Warranty Center.

When submitting your request, you will need to follow the following steps:

  1. 1. Purchase the new replacement via our store and receive your new order number
  2. 2. Visit the Warranty Center, select to make an exchange and enter the new order number that you received.
  3. 3. We will provide you with a return label and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include the RAN with your return.
  4. 4. Please make sure that your return is in like-new condition, unused and undamaged.
  5. 5. Once we receive the returned product, our team will carefully inspect it and issue a refund upon approval. However, it's important to note that the return shipping fee is non-refundable. To account for the cost of the return shipping label, we will deduct a shipping fee from your total refund amount.
  6. 6. At this point, your exchange will be complete!

Note About Our Pet Tags

We rely on a state of the art computer system to print the tag information precisely as you have entered it. Our team does not manually copy and paste the information. So we kindly request that you please double-check all your input for accuracy. While our team makes efforts to identify and flag obvious errors, please understand that we may not be able to catch every mistake.

Refund Policy

If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of the date of your purchase. We will provide you with a return label and you will be required to ship the items back to us.

Once your return claim is submitted, you will receive a return shipping label and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include the RAN with your return.

Please keep in mind that all returns must be in like-new condition, unused and undamaged.

plus-icon Does a successful Exchange Void My Life-Time Warranty?

Definitely not! An exchange will not void your life-time or manufacturing warranty. Once the exchange is completed, you will be able to place a new order for the item, which would reset the manufacturing warranty count and you will still have the life-time or manufacturing warranty available to you.
